The average size of barramundi caught on our trips varies depending on the location and time of year, but we regularly catch fish over a meter in length. Up to 130cm plus fish
What is the best time of year to go barramundi fishing?
Barramundi can be caught year-round, but the best times are typically during the warmer months (September to March) when they are more active. We have great success in the saltwater through the entire winter season. Remembering the Barramundi closed season in the saltwater.
